Well I had to ring them to ask about a product, but had to leave a message. They called me back within 5 minutes, thats great customer service. A few hours later I had to call about another question. Again left message, this time they rang back immediately.Love their products, great range. Great style. You can order online or go to store to shop. They have a loyalty program if you feel you can't help but to buy more. And a $20.00 voucher for members on their birthday on purchases of $40.00 or more. One happy shopper.

I love Dusk. But I didn't really have a good experience at Warwick shop at all.

I’ve been to a couple of the Dusk stores around Perth and let me just say the Warwick store is by far the best experience I have had. I recently visited the store and was greeted with a smile, Charlotte then came and began a conversation with me. She was not a pushy salesperson but was still very helpful! I had shown her a scent I liked, to which she then had shown me a couple other items that I might also like, which I found to be great customer service and extremely attentive. I had gone to the register to purchase my products and was greeted by again Charlotte and another lady who’s name I didn’t take notice of, but she was also amazing. They are both terrific staff, no faults whatsoever! I don’t usually take the time to leave reviews wether they be good or bad, but I felt they really deserve the recognition!!!

Beautiful candles and lovely scents. Just a bit pricy for something that I can get the same size of for $1 at Kmart

Wow what a lovely surprise I got when I visited yesterday was looking for a present for my daughter and was lucky to find a gift for a big discount the assistant was very helpful and pointed out the sale should have finished on Sunday but had been extended till Monday so I was very happy to have gone out when I did
